What shall I say? Unfortunately we stayed only one night, but I wished it had been more than one.

We just came straight from Dover to Edingurgh by car and gave Kenneth (the owner) a short ring after we've passed the scottish border, so that he knews when we would be arrive. He told us that we still need roughly one hour to come to Edinburgh and he was right. One hour later (at 3 o'clock in the afternoon) we had one of the warmest & friendliest welcomes I've ever had. Linda and Kenneth explained us everthing, where to go, what to do, which bus-lines we should use etc. We really recognised that both do it from the bottom of their hearts. Always smiling and always in a good temper.

Also the ensuite-room was exellent. Clean and well equiped, so we missed nothing. After we spent the evening in town we slept well. The next day started with a highlight. The breakfast served by Linda and done by Kenneth was really delicious. Yummy. :)

We still spent the morning in town again and we were glad that it was absolutely no problem for Linda and Kenneth to leave our car there for the morning. After we came back at noon time, it was time to leave them, unfortunately.

Summarised, we really can recommend that accommodation and not only the facility also Linda and Kenneth are absolutely great. Thanks Linda & Ken. Keep it up!

We became acquainted with Linda & Ken as very nice hosts.
During the stay we got many good tips for the town and surroundings.
A very clean house with a super breakfast.
Any time, we would be here to guest again.

This B&B is a very big surprise in the hectic town of Edinburgh. A great bonus is the private and save parking place for the car. You can either walk or take the bus (just across the road) to go to the city centre. But above all, Linda and Ken try to help you where ever thy can. The room was complete, nice, quiet and very clean and the beds were excellent. Whatever you want for breakfast, you can have it. If we ever go back to Edinbergh, we certainly stay there again.

“The best way to viset Edinburgh”

We stayed in Edinburgh for 3 nights. After that we planned to travelled around Scotland. Bield B&B was near the center of the city a 10 minutes walk. So we could leave the car there on the privat parking space near the B&B.
Linda and Ken are perfect hosts. They took the time to tell us about places to go and the way to get there. They were very friendly. Our room was perfect and also the breakfast. After our stay by Ken and Linda we have viset in Schotland 8 more B&B and Ken and Linda are certantly one of the best.

When we go back to Edinburgh we know were to go!!
