5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

This was as second stay at this lovely B and B ,have booked again for next year already as the bedrooms are lovely ,warm ,clean and a good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Billy and Norma are great hosts and are there for you what ever you may need. The breakfast was great with lots of choice and well laid out in the conservatory. Perfect location for the town

Beautiful Victorian house, treasured by lovely couple, comfortable, immaculate rooms, host Billy was a mine of information on local places to vist. Nothing was a bother to him. Breakfast in the conservatory was a delight in itself. Fascinating house, with beautiful gardens, dont miss this one, its a gem.

Billy & Wilma were wonderful hosts, lots of info and suggestions for visiting their city. We had a lovely, large room, located on a quiet street. Walked to the downtown for dinner. Quite a bit of history in Dumfries, found it very interesting. Breakfast was full English. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks ever so much to Billy & Wilma.

Stayed here for 1 night but family have stayed here on many occasions when in Dumfries for visits. Have to say I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was amazingly tasty and nothing was too any bother of the owners. Highly recommended to All.

this was booked for us for a flying visit en route from Elgin to Redditch. The welcome was warm and inviting. we were shown to the room, with 4 poster bed. Everything was fully explained, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The fittings and decor seemed to be more than adequate, and have to be seem to be appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble, and both Billie and Wilma ready to give of their time as we were getting ready to leave. Brian and Lynne Morley

Billy and Wilma run an excellent B&B . Their service and attention to detail is second to none! They have carefully considered everything that their guests require to make their stay pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms are well appointed, pleasantly furnished, are large and all have excellent ensuite facilities. Cracking breakfast too. Richard and Kim
