“Great atmosphere and aromas of fresh coffee and home baking”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2013

Best coffee house in Oban just the place to visit after a tour of the distillery next door. All kinds of fresh coffee and great choice of freshly made home baking. Staff always give service with a smile. We will definately call in again.

“Service with a snarl”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2012

Our visit to this cafe was ruined by a rude waitress (dark hair, glasses and ponytail) who is in dire need of some customer care training. The food was acceptable but, in this day and age, most people also expect to be treated in a pleasant and welcoming manner. The staff bringing the food to the table were lovely and can teach their colleague a thing or two.
I will not be coming back.

Just beside the distillery, very convenient. Friendly helpful staff.
Good for coffees, snacks or a main meal.

“Super spot for tea and a sweet or sandwich - gluten-free”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2012

After taking a tour of the Oban Distillery, we noticed a coffee shop right across the courtyard that had outdoor tables. My husband has celiac so he assumed he could only have coffee. They had great, delicious desserts and, happily, freshly baked gluten-free cookies. He was ecstatic. We sat outside and had our treats and were very happy. You order at the counter (where you can see what they have) and they bring it to your table. Very nice ladies. Wish they were near where I live.
