Miss Mary's Apartment is on the second floor of the Paymaster's House, in the middle of the short main street and within easy walking distance to everything, including Inverary Castle. We felt the charm of this pretty quiet village immediately and stayed three nights.
Miss Mary's is a studio apartment with a foldout bed which was very comfortable and easy to manipulate. The decor is beautiful without being "twee".
Great to have a washing machine but sadly nowhere to hang the damp clothes. We never did get the advertised free wifi connection to work but that was a great excuse to go to the pub, the George, just 100 yards up the street, which does have free wifi, great food and a terrific ambience. Go early or make a reservation.
