“Regular visitor to the Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2014

We go to this Hotel at least once a year, mostly with friends. Always a reliable destination. Our last visit was a two night break with four friends in June and, as usual, we had a great time. Friendly staff and great food and the location is convenient for touring many places in the west of Scotland. Looking forward to our next visit.

Had 3 night spa break. Room was ok but overlooked car park. Food was fantastic. Spa treatments great but didn't receive robe, slippers and fruit in room as per our booking. Didn't know about this til we saw others with robes etc. Spa staff really nice. Really warm welcome and great dining service. Food excellent . Receptionist at check out was a bit cool when I mentioned the robes and fruit. Would go back though.

Room Tip: Ask for front facing room.

Hi,

I booked Loch Fyne Hotel for a meeting with catering. we were looked after so well with a warm welcome. The lunch was lovely. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Every time I come to Loch Fyne Hotel I always feel that nothing is too much bother for the team. The general manager is very helpful and personable. Special diets are catered for and thought goes into the menu. Thank you.

Room Tip: We booked a meeting room- Marc the manager will always help you choose the right room.

We booked a spa treatment and afternoon tea for 5 friends. We were booked in very quickly and all of the Hotel staff we met were very helpful and friendly. Pool area with loungers overlooking the Loch was very relaxing. Outdoor hot tub was great and spa treatments were lovely. The afternoon tea was amazing and we were beaten by the amount of sandwiches and cakes. We spent the whole afternoon there, all for £35 each! Amazing value for money and highly recommended on a rainy day

This hotel and spa offers excellent facilities and real value for money. I had a two night rejuvenation break with two friends. For £139 each we got two nights dinner, bed and breakfast and 3 half hour spa treatments. To make it even better value we had money off vouchers! The dinners were six course taster menus and were very tasty and well presented. We are already looking forward to another break at Loch Fyne later in the year. I give this hotel and its staff top marks and I highly recommend it. Well done Crerar Hotels!
