We spent a very enjoyable midweek break at Loch Fyne Hotel on a 5pm.com deal.
The room was good, if a little too hot, as was the main corridors, however that did not detract from the quality of the accomodation, attentive service and excellent meals.
A good experience and we would return. Do not expect rooms with a view of Loch Fyne.

We spent a very nice, short weekend D.B.& B.break at Loch Fyne Hotel,
courtesy of a 5pm.com deal.
Everything about the hotel was good, from checking in to leaving .
The Hotel was very busy, but the service at reception and in the bar and restaurant were first class ,we didn`t have to wait for anything and the staff were professional and extremely helpful.
The spa and pool were very clean and inviting.
Only two minor details let the hotel down ,1, a very narrow double bed and 2, the temperature in the public areas was excessively hot and uncomfortable
Other than these details well done Loch Fyne Hotel

Unfortunately the same can`t be said for Inveraray, its run down, uninviting and in need of lots of TLC. There were very many tourists there when we visited , but, some of the few shops there are were closing or closed at 1;30 pm ,the pier has keep off signs all over it despite having the legendary Vital Spark moored there Argyll Council ,what are you thinking about?

We've stayed at this hotel a few times now and would highly recommend it. Food is great, bar has a great selection of whisky and the pool and spa is great for relaxing. Normally always have a spa break offer on as well so good value for money.

My husband and i booked the two night spa break at this hotel. We had a great time. Certainly value for money. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Food was fabulous, 6 course taster menu was amazing and very varied on both nights. I did not like the starter of mushroom bruschetta and when i stated this to the restaurant manager he immediately offered me a tomato alternative. Breakfast was also very good, great variety of choices. There was a wedding reception on the Friday night when we arrived but the staff did a good job of catering to all the other guests as well as the wedding party. I had 6 treatments over the two days in the spa and they were all amazing and very professional. First class service all around. The only slight disappointment was that our room was on the small size, although very clean and tidy. We were unable to be upgraded as the hotel was extremely busy but we still had views over the loch which was lovely. Heating seemed to be on constantly which made our room very warm. We will certainly be returning in the near future and i would certainly recommend this hotel to friends. Well worth the money for a nice relaxing break.

Room Tip: Ask for views of loch as rooms at the back of the hotel overlook the car park.

Another great visit! This time we visited using a special deal voucher and what a bargain! We have visited quite a few times
over the years and never been disappointed. The rooms aren't luxurious but they are well appointed and clean. The lounge is comfortable with views over Loch Fyne to die for! The staff are helpful. The food is very good. The hotel is a 10 minute walk into Inverary. This is one of my favourite places to visit and this wont be my last visit!!

Room Tip: Never had a bad one!

Just returned from loch fyne, can't believe how fantastic hotel was, food was wonderful had six course taster menu which was exceptional, staff were great so friendly ,leisure facilities were really good cant believe this hotel is three star, views overlooking loch were beautiful ,can't wait to go back.
Only criticism is some of our party were smokers ,could do with sheltered smoking area, also rooms were very warm some air conditioning in future would make all the difference especially in the summer .
