Hi Callum,

I would like to thank you for writing a review on your recent stay at Premier Inn. I appreciate you commenting that our team were friendly and helpful. Thank you again

These type of hotels are often a bit of hit or a miss and this particular one is a massive hit.
The receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and was very helpful.

The room was clean and functional but wow the bed is massive very comfortable and couldn't find any reason to doubt their good nights sleep guarantee.

Opted to have breakfast on Sunday morning and put the "All you can eat" offer to the test - it passed with flying colours.

A little pricey for breakfast though at £15 for a full breakfast and a continental breakfast.

Room Tip: If you like a bit of ventilation during the night don't get a front facing room as there is traf...

This place doesn't win too many prizes for looks on the outside! It really is pretty ugly. However our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and all the electrics and plumbing worked fine. All in all, considering the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The only downside was a half finished can of Coca Cola that had been left in the room, making us think at first that it hadn't been cleaned, but everything else (including sheets, towels, etc.) was OK.

Hello, Unfortunately our hotel is an old office block that was converted into a hotel and this why the outside of the building is not very appealing. It’s great to see that the hotel exceeded your expectations however I am disappointed to read that a can of Coca Cola was left in your room and I can only apologise for the inconvenience this caused you. I do hope this has not put you off staying at Premier Inn and we can welcome you back again. Thank you for your comments.

This Premier Inn hotel is about a 10 min. walk from the station.
The reception was very friendly and professional with payment paid upfront. The price paid was the price quoted.
The room was spacious with a superb big bed, however, the view was non-existent.
The on-site restaurant is pleasant with a fabulous breakfast.
I always stay, if I can, at Premier Inns because they are consistent in quality.

Hi,

I appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback on your recent stay at Premier Inn. Unfortunately as we are a city centre hotel our views are only of the city. I am glad you found the bed superb and you had a fabulous breakfast. Thank you for your review and I look forward to welcoming you back on your next stay.

Thanks.

I have stayed in various Premier Inns and the one thing I like is you know what to expect. I needed a room that was comfortable and I would get a good nights sleep. The choice of pillows is welcome and the bed is very comfortable. It was a clean and bright room in which everything worked and was freshly decorated. It wasn't expensive, in fact very well priced, and is basic but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as it had all I needed. If you are looking for a clean and reliable room in Aberdeen City Centre then this is a very good choice as the location was great for my needs also.
