went to the Lairhillock for lunch yesterday on a snowy April Sunday.
Met with a lovely blazing fire - a very welcome sight.
Would have liked to see a traditional Sunday roast on the menu but a good choice, well presented with very good service.
My husband had the Loin and Belly pork which was lovely but would have been nicer if the belly pork was crispy but only a personal choice.
My Breaded haddock, chips and peas was fine.
£40 for one course and one drink each was a bit pricey but overall worth it and would go back again.
Tables are very close together with not a lot of privacy - our table was fine for two but would have been tight with anyone sat in the third seat.
