“interesting building”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2014

great to be able to wander around the building, cant do that at many civic centres. An interesting exhibition about plantation gave a good insight into the history of the place.

“Take the time to see”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

Great place to learn some history. It is self guided tour but well done and worth a visit. Since it has just been refurbished, it is beautiful

“Lovely Building, and free to enter”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

The Guildhall is worth a visit if only for the numerous stained glass windows. But also there is a magnificent organ and exhibitions which are changed from time to time. Staff are helpful and the visit is free - don't miss it.

The stained glass windows are incredible. The staff are very helpful and eager to answer questions. A great way to understand the history of this city. Oh and by the way, its free.
