I arrived for a one night stay on a busy Friday where a wedding party was arriving at the hotel. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, ordering a taxi for me as I was heading out for the evening. The room was spacious, very comfortable and quiet (as requested).
It is a walk along the river, or a taxi ride into town, but only £3.50 for the taxi.
I last visited Derry 20 years ago and it is a much more vibrant city now compared to then. Take advantage of the remaining months of UK City of Culture cos this place has a lot to offer.
I would certainly stay here again.
