another wee weekend trip to Armagh and booked into the best place to eat - Uluru. we went for lunch this time and were not disappointed. my 13 yr old daughter started with the pork belly skewers with a chilli dip - absolutely beautiful, i was hard pressed to get her to part with a bite so i could taste them! i went for the breads with the roasted red pepper tapanade, as usual, was gorgeous and my daughter finished what i couldnt eat. for mains i had the burger, one of the tastiest burgers ever and the cops were perfect but as usual i couldnt finish it all. daughter went for the roast chicken on crushed boiled potatoes and changed her sauce to a red wine jus and just loved it. the waiting staff as usual, were brilliant and was good to see Dean, the owner when he came out to say hello. i love going here as the restaurant isnt massive and you have the intimacey that a small place brings without being too close to your fellow diners. The portions are great and the value for money is clear and we cant wait to get back for dinner in August. well done again guys for another great meal :-)
