Great value city centre hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and even provided me with a free drink as there were problems when I was trying to check in. About a 10 minute walk to the heart of the city centre and half hour to Titanic quarter.

No complaints, room was clean and spacious and perfect for a few nights in the city.

First visit to this Premier Inn, but like all the others I have stayed in the staff were exceptionally friendly, printing off documents that I needed, offering advice about my daughter's visit to the US Embassy, and generally making it a good stay. Room was very clean, as always. No real problem with noise (6th floor) other than people coming back at night and their doors closing but there's not much the hotel can do about that. Great base for city centre shops and touristy things. Stayed at Premier Inn at Cathedral Quarter previously, but both are great locations for visiting.

Room Tip: Go for a high floor to avoid any street noise.

i stayed for a long weekend with my fiance and 20 month old son. Room was lovely really spaceous, spotlessly clean. Staff was brilliant, really friendly & helpful. Went out their way to help us with opening times and buses to get to the Zoo. Bonita espically was really helpful and lovely. My son was very fonder of her too. Every time he saw her, he'd go straight to her in a flash. Will defo be returning.

Food was lovely had Breakfast which was a choice of cereal, fried breakfast or contiental. evening meals was lovely & the deserts was to die for.

Room Tip: We booked a family room

Booked Premier inn Alfred street as my husband had been there a few weeks before and it was ideal location for us to see the city sights and visit the Titanic experience. Stayed with my husband and teenage daughter in a family room. 5th floor, serviced by a lift. Very clean room, tea/coffee making facilities and adequate wardrobe space for overnight stay. Personally I prefer a walk in shower, but shower in bath was adequate. Plenty of towels too. Comfy beds and large tv (got to see Wimbledon highlights!). Very quiet even though we overlooked the Main Street. We arrived much earlier than 2 pm check in (10.30 am) but our room was ready and we were allowed go to the room. No car park but we were able to park on the street, parking meter has a 2 hour max. And we did see a traffic warden regularly! However there is a public car park at the top of the street (bout 100 m) that charges by the hour or a day rate of £7.50. We enjoyed a late evening drink in the lounge before retiring for the night. Buffet breakfast, which was lovely. Maybe could do with a few pieces of fresh fruit added ! Comfy dining room, nice friendly staff. Overall a lovely experience and comfy stay.

Great hotel, great location for easy access to centre and just a short walk from grand opera house. New lounge area is lovely, very relaxing and great atmosphere. Breakfast provides a good choice and staff are keen for you to take advantage of the 'eat as much as you want' ethos. Rooms are clean and comfortable although the air con units need upgrading and are very noisy so you are unable to leave on overnight. Would recommend if you are looking for a central location, budget price but not budget accommodation as much better than expectations.
