“a good stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

Chose this Premier Inn for its location, room and bathroom was very clean, bed very comfy but on arrival room was very cold(end of december).Shower was ok could've done with two set of towels(two bath and two face) rather then one each.A knock on the door at 10am by cleaning staff to vacant the room wasn't pleasant as departure time is 12.Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: higher floors have good view of belfast including its famous shipyard

stayed here for two nights over chrismas. room was a little expensive for a solo student traveller, but was quite nice. It was big, clean, neat... there was a 'imperial leather hair and body wash' dispenser rather than individual shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. My hand wash had run out, so I just used the shower gel. Good hot water. Hair dryer supplied.
Tea and coffee with a kettle and a few cups and mugs supplied.
Tv with freeview (LOTS of channels) was very welcome as NOTHING is open over christmas so I didnt have much else to do.

Quiet room even though in city centre. had a good night sleep both nights.
Good hotel, but a little basic without the extra little things (bathroom supplies etc) that can make it really special. (may be different in more expenisve room)

Positives. Super location close to botanic and city centre. Parking nearby was fairly cheap. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was well equipped with tv, kettle, hair dyer etc. the costa coffee was tasty and reasonably priced. The standard of cleanliness was good in the room and bathroom. The shower was super, hot and powerful.
Negative....the bed linen contained pubic hairs and small holes. The room was very very warm, despite turning off the heat and opening the window.

Would I recommend this place. Yes I would it was only 19.99!

Was so pleased with this hotel. On arrival the staff were friendly. Went to the room, which was a good size & very clean. Room had tea/coffee facility, flat screen & hairdryer. Then went out for a walk. City Hall a few minutes away, where the Continental Christmas market is currently on. The shopping centres within 10 mins walk. The Opera House, Crown Pub & Tour Bus, Europa Station were also within 10 min walk. Location great!

Room Tip: I was on the 7th Floor and the noise level was not a problem at all.

This was our second stay and I hope not our last. Very handy indeed for the Christmas market and the Waterfront Hall and for the main shopping area. Comfortable bed, bath as well as shower, and a good night's sleep - we also liked the breakfast. All members of staff were very friendly and welcoming, great attitude to all guests.

Room Tip: Upper floors seem to be quieter. We were overlooking Alfred Street - even numbers on that side, I t...

Couldn't fault this hotel at all, stayed for 1 night on the 14 dec 12. Clean, friendly and central for Belfast City. Great value for money with comfortable rooms. All you can eat breakfast for £8.25, and have as many refills as you like lol! Shame about the rain, but can't blame the hotel for that. Would highly recommend this hotel, and we're looking at prices already for next Dec, can't beat the markets for a bit of Christmas shopping.

Room Tip: don't delay just book it, you won't be disappointed
