“Great stay!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

This was th first time I stayed in a Premier Inn Hotel & I can confirm I will definitely be back!

My boyfriend & I received a very warm welcome, on arrival, from the staff and they made everything very simple to understand etc.

Will certainly recommend it.

I booked this on Booking.com and they only had a disabled adapted room available. I am totally able bodied. The room was large and everything at a low level and had a very generous and convenient bathroom. However the bed was a disaster. It is two beds pulled together and to explain them as hard is an understatement. The second night I slept in agony due to the hardness of the bed. The hotel was great, good location and good food. The staff are excellent and very friendly. If your able bodied, don't pick an adapted room if you can help it. It will spoil your stay.

This was a typical Premier Inn which means that it was clean and comfortable. It's in a great location for the city attractions and even though it's close to Donegal Square, it was very quiet at night.
What made it stand out was the friendliness and charm of the staff who went out of their way to give a lovely welcome to their guests. I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Belfast.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel on a quiet street yet only about 5 minutes walk from the City hall and about 10 minutes walk from the Europa bus station for the airport. Room was comfortable and well equipped and the bathroom was spotless. What makes this hotel really stand out though is the staff. Despite it being a really busy weekend (big parade in the city centre)they were unfailingly cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Have just returned from a trip to Belfast and stayed in this Premier Inn. The room was very nice, clean, spacious and in good condition, with a budget hotel often this isn't the case.

We found throughout our stay that staff, from reception to chamber maids, were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard.

While we were there there was some maintenance work being carried out but we never noticed it until we came across a couple of decorators on the last day.

Only have one little grumble, they guarantee a good nights sleep but on the first night it rained and the gutter above our room leaked, the constant drip dripping bouncing off the window sill kept me awake. The noise didn't disturb my other half however :-/

Stayed here one night for a concert. Just round the corner from all the hussle bussle. Room very comfy. Lovely courtyard at rear of hotel. No need of alarm clock as chimes of church bells awaken you at 10am

Room Tip: If you arrive after 4pm pay for 2 hours parking outside door, the remaining time is free

Fist time at Premier Inn and very pleased overall. Great location for city centre dining at Michael Deane's and James Street South and access to public transport. Took the breakfast on day and it was very good value and a perfect start for a day sightseeing and shopping around the city. It's very easy to say everything was just nice - but that's how it was and how it should be. Nothing to worry about even down to the reception offering to do my online flight check-in and print the boarding pass - well done & thanks!
