I've been to Rhubarb at Castlereagh Road twice now, the first time with a large group and then with my partner, both times for dinner. It's located in an area that would'nt get much passing trade and the premises are small and nothing special in terms of decor and ambience. However on both visits it was fully booked and the food as been very good so that makes it pretty special. I've been to many bistros and resturants that look great but the food has been disappointing so for me the food is the most important part. The menu is varied with plenty of specials available and prices are reasonable. It's BYO but I think £2.50 or corkage is a bit high although the food quality makes that acceptable I guess. Would definitely recommend it and am looking forward to trying breakfast and/or lunch there.
