“Ok for short stay but expensive for what it is”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013 via mobile

Stayed here because it was supposed to have parking and wifi. The parking was not at Hotel but was across a very busy road. It wasn't clearly detailed on hotel information.
Wifi was an issue too, but as it was only for 2 nights we made do.
However the room was clean and the staff friendly.
We would not stay here again.

I had a work space which was large with two desks and lovely views of Belfast. I didn't eat at the hotel but the staff were very helpful and I really appreciated having an iron and ironing board in my room. There was also a kettle and free wi-fi. This was a great hotel from the point of view of location. I was working at the Opera House which was very close and I could very quickly be anywhere I needed.

I stayed here for 2 nights mid week with family, we had a double room with a camp bed brought in to make a triple room. The room was basic but clean, the location was brilliant we were able to walk everywhere we needed to get to. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. The staff were nice & pleasant. Overall I would definitely stay again, in fact we are planning the next trip already!

This was an unexpected gem of a hotel for me. The room and ensuite was spacious and clean. It is central for shopping and socialising. The parking was free for our midweek stay which was a real bargain, probably saved us up to £30. We did not eat there so cannot comment on the food.
This is a great city centre hotel for a night out or for sightseeing,
One minor complaint - the bed made a noise every time you moved which I found mildly annoying. .
It is not a luxury hotel nor does it claim to be. If you can get a reasonably good deal to stay here I would highly recommend it. There have been previous bad reviews about this hotel however I feel that the people staying have either paid a high price for a room or want 5* hotel for 2* prices.
Will definitely stay again.

Stayed one Friday night for going to a gig in the city centre. Perfect location for walking to city-centre bars, very good price from the hotel's own website, basic room but nice and clean. Despite being extremely busy the hotel was not noisy so no problems getting to sleep. Great atmosphere in the bar before we went out. Free car park right beside the hotel is a great bonus.

City centre hotels can be very impersonal & expensive places to stay but the friendly & helpful staff at this hotel make it a city centre hotel apart.
Our rooms had every convenience required & the bed was comfy.
The breakfast was buffet style & offered a wide variety of items to suit everyone & the bar was buzzing & food in the evening was good value for money.
All in all, a great place to stay for not too much money in central Belfast.

Room Tip: Because it's situated in the city centre, late nights on lower level rooms can be noisy at week...

my friend and i stay here on Friday night, it was just an overnight stay as we took in a show at the Grand opera house . The staff at reception( johnny being one name i remember ) could not have been more helpful and pleasant from the moment we arrived till check out time . twin room we stayed in were warm and comfortable. just to let anyone know that yes they do have a hair dryer and you can obtain an iron from reception. something the out of hours could not tell me . Thank you Days hotel i will be back.

Room Tip: hair-dryers in room and availability of an iron from reception if needed.
