“If you don't mind noise, you'll be o.k.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 29, 2012 via mobile

The beds leave a lot to be desired. A noisey stay on both occassions. Though, l guess you get what you pay for. Talking off which, skip the cooked breakfast...urgggh!.
On the plus side. A great location though, just across from the coach/train station. Can't find fault with that.

We stayed here one night when I and my wife returned from Australia. It was very convenient, less than five minutes walk from the city's main bus station where we were to make connections for an onward journey; also central to the shops, restaurants and pubs we wished to visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the reception, dining area and bar were all located close together and were every clean. The room was better than expected for a 3 star hotel, with television, tea an coffee and an iron with ironing board. There was also a safe which could be programed with your own four digit code to store small valuables in. There was plenty of hot water and a good shower and the heating was on all the time as it was wintertime. The breakfast was self service, with a selection of juices, tea and coffee, and a selection of cereals, bread and scones; the hot selection included bacon and eggs, potato bread, soda bread, mushrooms and beans etc, all well cooked and well presented. Would stay there again, as at £45 a night for bed and breakfast for two people, it is outstanding value for money,

Stad with 8 other girls on a shopping weekend. Great value for money and close to the city centre. Easy got to and free parking! We also had breakfast which was lovely, plenty of choice although the fruit juices on offer weren't great but that's the only complaint.

The main reason i booked this hotel is the free parking and its price. I was surprised at the standard for the price, clean, warm and lovely hot water. I must mention the staff who wer excellent, quick and pleasant. I think it's one of the better 3 stars hotels in city centre.

Room Tip: The 8 floor is high up away from any weekend stag or hen parties who maybe staying

We spent Friday to Monday at the hotel and really enjoyed it. Though the weather was very cold the hotel was warm and snug. The staff are helpful and kind. The room ,while basic, was very clean and well maintained. The breakfasts and evening menues give a good choice and the food cooked to perfection. The hotel is centrally located and there is easy access to taxies which are reasonably priced.Well done.

Booked for fixed price on the internet - good value for the facilities provided. Hotel used by tours so does get busy at the check in desk and at breakfast.
We had two byicles which had to be securely stored - the Manager was very helpful and we were able to store the bikes securely on the lower ground floor.
The location was good, easy walking distance to the city sights of Belfast. Breakfast was also OK so If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel this is worth considering.

Stayed three nights. The rooms are clean and adequate, nothing fancy. The staff are friendly as with all places in Ireland. Prices are reasonable, including at the bar. It is just near some interesting, if not slightly intimidating mural art. It is in a central location. I would have given it four stars but for the fact I could not get the wifi working in the room because the signal was too weak.

I was in room 123 and kept getting calls throughout the night. I think this was because other people in the hotel assumed that dialing "123" would be calling reception, but it actually called our room. Eventually, we just left the phone off the hook.
