The Culturlann is a fascinating place to visit, as it is at the centre of Belfast's "urban Gaeltacht (Irish-speaking area). There's a lot going on in the building (live music, theatre, workshops, exhibitions) and visitors can also have a snack or a full meal in the cafe, which does lovely food, and browse in the bookshop. There's a new extension which has made it even more visitor-friendly - it houses a gallery and also a permanent exhibition about the history of the Irish language in Belfast. Well worth a visit.
