A nice hotel in general. The personel was sometimes a little 'cold' a specially during breakfast, but mostly they where helpfull and as warm as the Britts are known for. So defenetly this will be my first stop in Belfast region

Stayed here on business in July. Have stayed here many times previously and its a good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Its starting to fray a little around the edges but its still really good value for money. Room was spotless and breaakfast was great and all for £50. Not a bad result.
had a meal in the downstairs bar, arrived piping hot, great value and plenty of it.
Only ctiticism for me was that the TV was minute. It was like a small computer monitor and the sound quality was a little tinny but on a one night stop over not too much of an issue. Would stay again

Room Tip: If eating in the hotel, try the daily roasts in the downstairs bar. Reaaly good when I was there.

Spent a sleepless night at this hotel. Thursday night and the noise from the wedding went on until 5am. Did not get a wink of sleep. The DJ was that loud that my friends had to be moved to another room and ended up sharing. After the DJ the wedding guests spent the night on the corridors and going from one room to another.

This is a very good hotel. Certainly, its drawback is it is out of the way. However, we came to take in the sites of Belfast and hired a car, so had no problem with this; there is plenty of car parking. We had to haul our bags up a couple of short flights of stairs; there is no lift and this could be problematic for the less able, however. The staff are great, friendly, obliging, always smiling and helpful. One of our rooms smelt smoky and we were given another room with no trouble at all. I would certainly stay here again and very strongly recommend it.

Arrived for a funeral with my wife and kids. The room we were in had a rotten smell in it.The TV was from another decate and neither the blinds or curtains worked. I asked to be moved to another room as it was also very cramped. They said they had no rooms available. They said they would get somebody to look at blinds- but nobody did.

Room Tip: D'ont bother.

Stayed here last month for 2 nights. The only fault i have is that it's a little out the way for my liking. Nice staff, nice food, nice rooms, a great hotel, would reccomend

After reading some of the previous reviews I was a little aprehensive about this stay that I had booked for myself and my partner. However I must say everything was fabulous. From the moment we checked in we were greeted by a friendly face. The staff were excellent, everything was ready for us so we just went straight up to the room which I must say was beautiful. We went for lunch in the lady ann grill bar and again the staff were excellent the menu was very good they had a lovely specials menu and the prices were very reasonable.
That evening we had dinner in the glenriver restaurant which is upstaris in the hotel. They had a special meal for two and a bottle of wine for £35.00 again great menu choice and the choice of wine was great (had a lovely bottle of red). The food was excellent, even my fussy husband loved it! There was music that evening in grill bar and the atmosphere was great!
After a lovely breakfast the next morning which runs until 11 on a saturday unlike most hotels we've stayed in and slept in and missed breakfast! Again the breakfast staff where lovely.
This hotel is only 5 mins away from the motorway which brings you straight to the city centre. Which was great for going shopping in the city centre the next day.
I can't speak highly enough of this hotel!
Thank you very much we will definately be back!
