“An enjoyable stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013

We stayed for 3 night in February and stayed in room 101. This is a very comfortable room with a fantastic bed. We both slept really well and enjoyed a lovely shower in the morning. This room looks out onto a lane and therefore there is no traffic noise.
Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and excellent quality.
We dined twice in Claudine's restaurant and the food was good. The decor in the restaurant/bar is a bit too garish.
This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Belfast on foot. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel'

Cant fault this hotel We stayed in the room in the picture and its jusl like the picture Large clean and bright. Receptionist both girl and fella were very friendly as were all the staff Ate in the restaurant/bar and the food was great I went to bed at 12.30 and left my mother and sisters to have a boogie at the disco in the bar.Everyone was impressed. Its easy to get to the shops a £5 taxi fare and you are in the centre. Would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone and woulld be amazed if they could find fault.

Room Tip: I seen two of the rooms both were excellent

Stayed here for Valentines. The staff were all really friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Room was amazing with the deepest, biggest bath I have ever seen. The food at the hotel was everything you could ask for, especially the eggs benedict for breakfast. This is a gem of a hotel and such a great find. Cant wait to go back again - hopefully very soon

We had a lovely long weekend at this hotel, wonderful food in the restaurant, very friendly and accommodating staff, and the room was clean and well-presented and the bed was extremely comfortable. Really convenient location only 5 minute walk into the centre of town with all the shops and tours. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would stay again.

Room Tip: Getting a taxi from the airport is very convenient, and has a set price of £29

The reception on arrival was really friendly and helpful as I was very upset , he was really good and did not bother me with lots of question and also offering help when I told him someone stole my laptop at the airport.
The room was really good, clean and typical boutique hotel….no fridge but I got ice cubes from the bar  and the bar people also really friendly , pity that shower did not have a door, it was like walk in shower, really fancy but I hate the draught 
I got a good breakfast and friendly staff…. Overall I have had a good experience, only the location a bit walking distance to city center ( but hey , I am a lazy bee  ) and there is no parking spot and really hard to park your car, this hotel located around the corner a very busy street….again I have to parked a wee bit away from the hotel and walk about 5 minutes.
But off course I will recommend this hotel as there is nothing more nicer to know your friends and families being good taken care off by the hotel staff…

Have just returned from a girls weekend in Belfast, we booked the hotel through booking.com and got an excellent rate for such a lovely hotel. The rooms were large and spotless, clean towels and toiletries replenished daily. Nothing was a bother for the staff who helped us out on a couple of occasions, with bookings, taxis etc. The bar/restaurant service was great and the food was lovely and we found very reasonably priced.
Great location with lots of bars restaurant close by, we also walked into town which took about 15/20mins.
Belfast is a lovely city and would recommend a visit and stay at Dukes at Queens, you won't be disappointed.

Upon arrival you are greeted by a most professional and pleasant receptionist(sorry I didn't catch your name), who must be headhunted by many establishments as she is by far top of her class. The hotel has a calm ambiance about it, the rooms are very well equipped and finished to a high standard. Bar and restaurant carry on that theme and the staff there are excellent. Cannot find a fault with this place at all! They have certainly got a good thing going hear - a must place to stay
