We stayed 3 nights at Avenue Guest House in September 2013. Alice was very friendly and gave us names of some very nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance of the B&B.If you book CitySightseeing Tours the bus stop is across the street. Our breakfasts were delicious. We stayed in 10 different B&B's during our 2 week vacation in Ireland and Avenue Guest House was our number 1 pick. Our room was extremely nice, there were extra little touches though out the house like candies in our room, entrance way and the upstairs hallway. There was a mini fridge in our room. Alice made the room feel like a luxury hotel with very nice lotions and shampoo in the bath .
