“Fantastic stay with young family..great location.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2012

We stayed here in mid November with our 6 month old and our three and half year old for an over-nighter. The location i great - within the Titanic quarter and pratically opposite the Odessey arena. We chose this hotel because of its location to the arena as we took the kids to see a show there. Anyway, there was a very professional welcome upon arrival and we had a lovely family room booked. There was a lovely view over the harbour - this room consisted of double bed and a single bed and another smaller-sized single bed plus a baby cot. There was still plenty of space in the room given the number ofbeds plus all the "stuff" needed for the kids in the room. There was a flat screen tv and the volume us restricted so as not to be too loud for other guests which is part of the Premier Inn's promise of a restfull night. The room had tea and coffee facilities and the bathroom was absoutley spotless..not even a milldew mark or anything on the shower curtain. We hadn't made any dinner reservations and I don't think room service is offered in the hotel but I asked the duty manager if possible to order food at the bar and bring it up ourselves - given that the hotel was very busy he oblidged the request which was much appreciated - as we could all have dinner in the room together while the baby slept - instead of having to "take turns" going downstairs to the restaurant for some food. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Breakfast was of really good quality - wirh hot and cold food options and selections of fruit, juices and yougherts. There is limited parking around the hotel with a few smaller car-parks just behind the hotel .. The hotel offers a discount on the spaces immediately behind the hotel ( although it is not the "offical" car park for this hotel. It's a bit small so would recommend trying to get there early if possible to get a space. It' she car park on the immediate right-hand side. Can be a bit tricky to get into. Overall a fab stay and woud love to return again.

Stayed here for 3 nights in November, to explore Titanic Belfast.
The room was brilliant - Spacious, clean, modern. Would love to stay here again in the future.
The staff here are fantastic, best hotel staff I have come across.
The only points I can make with my stay is that my bed was far to hard, and the light from the hallway was shining very bright under my door.
Other than that, I would have no hesitation in saying here again.
In fact, I can't wait.

Just had a nights stay to see concert at the Odyssey. Location great the deal for dinner and breakfast (22.99) was fantastic the staff were friendly and helpful, car park was nearby which was essential for my elderly mum. Me my mum and 4 sisters had a fantastic stay seeing Andrea Bocelli taking the bus tour and going to titanic centre will definately be staying again....

Stayed there 2 nights ago with my mother. Nice room and close by to the Titanic centre. Lovely staff and good location. Food was nice. Only thing is very little near the hotel - you would have to go into Belfast city centre to go to a shop as none are open near hotel. The beds were a little too firm. but otherwise a nice place to stay. my 2nd time in a premier inn in belfast and both great hotels.

Stayed in this hotel last month with my husband, two daughters and three grandchildren for one night to visit the Titanic. Hotel was excellent and just a short walk from the Titanic site. The rooms were lovely and the food could not be faulted and not expensive.

The only downside was when the daughters and children arrived about 2 hours before my husband and I they couldn't check in until they paid in full. I made the booking and gave my credit card details but this wasn't enough. When we arrived we also had to pay in advance. I have never experienced this before.

Excellent strategic location in close proximity to the Odyssey Arena and Titanic Centre. Quiet and comfortable as with any Premier Inn with polite reception staff. Got a great discount for the car park too. Didn't have dinner or breakfast on this occasion, but for location alone will plan to be back.

Just returned from a 2 day stay at this hotel. This was our 2nd visit to a Premier Inn hotel in the past month, Birmingham being the other one. From our experience the Premier Group of hotels are second to none if you want a great value hotel. The Titanic Quarter is situated perfectly for the Titanic Exhibition which is just a 5 min walk away and if you have any spare time the Odyssey complex is just next door, they have a range of places to eat, drink and be merry (if you want to). The Cinema has all the latest movies showing and it's very convenient for anyone who has some spare time on their hands. The staff at the hotel are excellent, nothing is too much trouble, they constantly make sure that you have everything you need. We were in room 608 and the views over the river Lagan were lovely. All in all a great couple of days in this wonderful city.
