All staff friendly and efficient,rooms clean,spacious with everything you need. Breakfasts particularly excellent. Ideally located for both the city centre ( pleasant 15 min walk) and the "Titanic experience"

This is a really good hotel for visiting Titanic Exhibition. It's right on the doorstep.

Rooms are great. Price was great. Breakfast really good. Will definitely recommend.

This is the second time I have stayed at Premier Inn and am now definitely a fan.

My friend and I spent one night in the Premier Inn while visiting Belfast for the Titanic Museum. It's ideally situated for this purpose as well as being next door to W5 too. It's a budget hotel but with a good standard. We asked for a twin room but that means you get one large double bed and one single divan. The divan had a bent leg on it which was fixed after a second request to the reception. A twin room just means that there isn't equality of standard when it comes to the two beds...just something to be aware of. Our room was spacious and very clean with a good bathroom and shower. I would have liked to open the window but this wasn't possible....am not a fan of air conditioning. We had no bother with traffic noise at night or noise from other guests. Breakfast was not included in the price but was excellent value at 8.25 Stg each. We were very well looked after by Ben who also very kindly printed out a train timetable for us. In fact there was a great deal on a 3 course dinner plus Premier breakfast all for 22 Stg. We didn't avail of the deal as we wanted to eat in the city and see some of it too. Frank and Bennys in Victoria Sq had a great deal of 25% off all meals on Mondays. It's an Italian/American restaurant. All in all this isn't a luxurious hotel but basic, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff were helpful, friendly and courteous.

The place of the hotel is really nice. It's very close to the new Titanic Museum and around 20 Minutes to walk to the center of Belfast. We'd a double room on the top floor with a nice view to the harbour and the river. Also the food in the restaurant is really good. Especially the Curry was absolutely delicous. The hote is really it's money worth and a very good place for staying in Belfast.
