“Very clean and friendly staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2011

We stayed here as we were going to a concert in the odyssey arena and it's right next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I found the room very clean. We just had a standard room and I was a good size. The receptionist was kind enough to call us a taxi which arrived in minutes and £4.20 took us into the city centre for some pre-gig drinks. It's only around 10 minutes into the city.we didnt have breakfast as we were a bit delicate the next morning but as far as I can remember it was all you can eat for £7.99. Overall the hotel is clean, friendly and good value. It's a standard chain hotel and very handy for the odyssey. A great place to eat is enigma in nearby holywood, just 5 minutes away

I chose the Premier Inn as we wanted to bring our kids to the W5 and see some of Belfast. I chose the special offer just for the price and I was so surprised. The staff were fantastic. They were all so friendly and helpful and so interested in what we were planning to do for our few days. The restaurant was terrific and cheap and again the service by Anthony was brilliant. I can't say I've experienced such friendliness in the many hotels we've stayed in in the south of Ireland. Just book it and go. The area is beautiful and positioned on the new marina. Thanks guys you made our holiday.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst on a city break in Belfast with our two girls 8 and 10. We paid the ridiculous price of £29 a night for the 4 of us which was outstanding. Breakfast was great and the hospitality second to non. Becca the receptionist even checked us in online for free and printed our boarding cards. We had dinner one night because we arrived back really late from the Giants Causeway and the quality of the food was just ok, with the service very slow, not the teams fault, just not enough of them. This was the biggest family room we have ever had in a PI and found it immaculately clean. It' a good 15 minute walk into the city if you have little legs with you but not too far out to walk with kids 6 and over.

Room Tip: Room 110 is a big corner family room.

My wife and i stayed in the premier inn in belfasts titantic quarter on the 12th june because we were going to a journey/foreigener concert in there very nearby odyssey arena.
This was either of us first experience of a premier inn and i can safely say that i was not dissapointed, very suprised at the quality of the room and hotel for the price, think we paid £42 which was well worth it.
Check-in was fast and friendly and within a half hour of arriving we were sat at the very nice bar relaxing and enjoying being there and readying ourselves for the night ahead.Didnt know about the £22 meal/breakfast deal until arrival which was too late because we had a table at a nearby resturant already prebooked, but i will definately avail of this service the next time i book, and believe me i will now be staying there for every concert i attend in the future,we have already booked a long weekend again for august so that we can take our sons to the ulster museum,w5 and a bus tour round belfast, something different before the scholl run in september begins again.
The hotel itself is only a 5 minute walk from the odyssey arena, and the cinema, bowling alley etc contained within so very handy indeed. The room was spacious with flat screen tv and freesat, and our view was of the lagan so we could see the seacat and other boats leave the docks, out front was the famous H&W samason & goliath cranes from the famous former shipyard that built the titanic, thus the areas name.
A great stay and well recommended, did i mention that when we stay in august the 2 nights for our family of 4 is only £58!!! incredible.
Then upon leaving they validate you car parking(the car park is directly outside the hotel) which meant it only cost us £8 to park from 2 on the sunday until 1 the following day...brilliant,would have been £22 unvalidated!

Room Tip: book early?

This newly built hotel is situated on the dockside and close to the City Airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a car park adjacent with a discount for overnight parking for £6 instead of £22.50 between 5pm and 10am.
You need your room key to enter each floor which is good for added security.
Rooms are basic but spacious. Small open wardrobe with limited storage. No fridge and no mirror over dressing table/desk.
Breakfast quite good but other food very poor.

Room Tip: Wifi is only available on the lower floors.

Very efficient but welcoming check in took two minutes. Everything was explained in detail, including the Good Night Guarantee and the Fix it button on the phone! The family room was perfect, with proper separate beds for the children, all towels and pillow already there, and precise temperature control. The curtains were light excluding, so no waking up at 5am at this time of the year. Excellent view across the Marina. The car park was very close, if rather small, and cost £6 from 5pm to 10am. This is ok for a city centre however. The breakfasts were excellent, as were the evening meals, with a good kid's menu. Overall, an excellent place to stay, especially if you have children.
