Was in this lovely hotel last weekend. Was as a concert in Belfast and the hotel was very central. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to an executive room which was lovely. Love Belfast and would definately use the Hilton again.

I'm a Hilton customer and the Hilton Belfast is one of my favorites for business.

Why I'd stay there again:
- Great and comfortable rooms
- excellent bed
- very good breakfast
- close to the central train station
- good executive lounge
-good bar

Why not:
- worst steak I've had in a hotel restaurant
- staff could be more friendly

Room Tip: All the rooms I've stayed we good. There's a door to separate the elevators hall which help...

This hotel has dishonoured a special, booked and paid for through the Dublin TIC Booking Office. The special was 2 nights (13 & 14.4.13) including breakfast for 178 pounds booked paid in advance and confirmed by Dublin TIC ON 12 4.13
Hilton Belfast charged our credit card an additional 89 pounds on 12.4.13 and 91 pounds on 15 .4.13. Efforts to sort out the problem with the hotel were as follows: Fax sent to front desk 16.4.13 providing evidence of special, dates booked and payment made IGNORED.
Email sent 18.4.13 to Tony Heagney requesting his assistance to resolve the matter IGNORED.
Phone call to front desk 19.4.13 resulted in non reply email sent to us showing 89 Pounds charged to our credit card. A worthless response.
We have been charged twice, we feel we have been ripped off. Under the circumstances what else can we do but be more careful in future and warn fellow travellers of our experience.

A smart, comfortable and conveniently located hotel matching up with the Hilton brand. Close to Victoria shopping centre and the Central railway station. Lovely views across the city/harbour. Pity that free wireless internet is only offered in the foyer and bar.

I have spent many nights in this hotel, and have gotten to know it well. They have been remodelling it slowly piece by piece for what seems to be years now. Some of the remodelled rooms are nice, while others are a bit shoddy, especially in the shower. I have gotten to asking for particular rooms in order to avoid the particularly nasty ones. The staff is very pleasant, check in and check out are usually efficient and uneventful, and the location is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is good. From time to time there are local events in hotel, and it is fun to see folks all decks out in their finery enjoying the evening.

Pleasant, modern hotel. Room was a good size and bed was very comfortable notwithstanding it being a twin room. Reception polite and helpful.

Breakfast was reasonable though no one came over to provide coffee and the bacon was pale and soggy on one side and cooked on the other. No idea how hotels manage to do bacon so badly, in general.

One complaint was Internet access price - £15 for the evening is outrageous when so many now provide it for free. Otherwise it was very good value.
