“More Interesting than you'd think”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

Belfast city Hall tour is free!
The tour takes about an hour, and has a guide so you don't miss all the good bits.
The building is beautiful, they don;t build them like this anymore.
Don't forget to stop off in the cafe - lovely food for either a snack or a main meal.
Go in December and you will have the added attraction of the Christmas Market right on the doorstep too.

“Beautiful building and nice place to meet for lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

Great place to meet for a coffee or lunch especially if you haven't been there before or you want to bring a visitor to Belfast. Food not bad, service friendly.

“Lovely building”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2013

When I visited in December there was a Christmas market going on outside the city hall, it was really nice to walk around.
Little did I know the next day the trouble would start here and that has made me quite sad

“Lovely tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013

Where else can you actually sit in the Mayor's (fancy) chair ?
Beautiful building with a charming Beaux Arts interior, stained glass windows that tell the story of the city and of Ulster. Be sure to investigate the story of "the red hand of Ulster"

They also have some nice artifacts from the Titanic and a convenient tea shop on the ground floor.

Best of all, it's free.

“Victorian splendour!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

Whether the flag is flying or not, this a beautiful building. Some excellent stained glass windows and a great exhibition area tracing the history of the city. Cafe on the ground floor serves a good range of food...and a warm welcome. Entrance to City Hall is free. Next to the City Hall is the Titanic Memorial commemorating those who lost their lives.
