The staff kept giving us keys to rooms with quests in them. Took three tries, and dragging 200lbs of luggage around doing that was not fun. Toilet took some figuring out, had one successful flush (when all paper went down) in three days. The converter issues were bad and all we could accomplish was charging our phones. The front desk staff was very nice.

Musky odor, swipe key didn't work to well (needed to have it reloaded twice), a worn look and a bathroom that did not have a counter top or enough towels. The 10 pound breakfast was just OK. Overall, it wasn't awful it just wasn't good.

Room Tip: Make sure your room is not near the elevator.

Great hotel, clean and tidy. Good coffee and nice staff. Breakfast was nice. Parking not to bad with mccauselands at the rear. Coach Parking at the front door which is great for my job! Central location and is typical of any jurys hotel which is good to know what your getting. Can be pricey depending on day of staying.

Quick check in, room too warm and switched off the heating and opened the windows at 1.30pm (December). Good space, clean but the pillows and the pillowcases were very hard and made for an uncomfortable sleep. Also because the window had to be left open there was an ongoing noise issue. Fixed shower head and not very powerful, but clean. Had a good bar snack, good wine, and breakfast was acceptable, just need to clear tables much quicker.
Overall for the price paid £49 including breakfast for an excellent location is very acceptable therefore must be rated with this in mind. Subsidised car parking close by was £12

Room Tip: ask for a room away from the main traffic flow

Green Features: nothing was obvious apart from the lighting and this was not key activated so if you go out and forget to switch off the lights they stay on. No notice about reusing towels. Hotel over heated

Hi. Stayed at room 417. Slipped on floor at toilet and cut my wee toe against a piece of angled skirting board where the end piece was missing. I did not complain as I did not think it was too bad but my toe ended up swelling and caused me discomfort over the weekend. Please can you ensure this is fixed to stop any further customers suffering this. Overall my stay was good. Thank you.

Everything about this hotel was average. The room, the service and the breakfast were all perfectly OK but nothing special. Considering this is a great location and Belfast is a city firmly on the tourist trail, I think this hotel could really do with sprucing up.
