“Good place but one massive problem.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013 via mobile

Nice food and good service. Very child friendly. Was amazed though to find that in 2013 a busy cafe in a city centre location does not have the facility to pay by card. To tell you when you are at the till after finishing your meal and leaving that it is cash only is not acceptable. I then had to leave the kids with my wife and go hunting for a cashpoint.
Either have a sign at at the door saying cash only or catch up. When you can use your phone to pay for a paper in a corner shop something is lacking when you can't pay for a meal with a card in 2013.

This place is a busy little cafe with a huge array of options to choose from at very reasonable prices. Good atmosphere and efficient service. All food is served in quite generous portions. Great for brunch or lunch!!

“Fantastic for breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012 via mobile

I went there for a good proper breakfast. What can I say. I was not disappointed.
Food was very good and filled me up all day. People who moan should are probably used to Michelin star restaurants. But for an average Jo this is the place to go.
