This is a great bar that I have been lucky enough to enjoy on many occasions. But on Tuesday evening a Female member of staff really let herself and the bar down.
I was in a large (noisy) group with two other tables in the bar. We were in a round that problem cost £35-50 each time. If the owner checks we put 90% of the money in the till that night. The staff member in question gave the impression that she would rather we weren't there so she could get paid for doing nothing.
A little bit of common sense and being approachable would have meant that we would have bought another couple of rounds of your #giro cocktails. But attitude failure resulted in us taking our money elsewhere.
Great setting but a re-think needed on the rota!!
