“Ignorant Female Bar maid”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 8, 2014 via mobile

This is a great bar that I have been lucky enough to enjoy on many occasions. But on Tuesday evening a Female member of staff really let herself and the bar down.

I was in a large (noisy) group with two other tables in the bar. We were in a round that problem cost £35-50 each time. If the owner checks we put 90% of the money in the till that night. The staff member in question gave the impression that she would rather we weren't there so she could get paid for doing nothing.

A little bit of common sense and being approachable would have meant that we would have bought another couple of rounds of your #giro cocktails. But attitude failure resulted in us taking our money elsewhere.

Great setting but a re-think needed on the rota!!

“SO worth a visit”

Just the loveliest most eccentric little bar with gorgeous food and lovely staff. If I lived in Belfast i would be a regular!

“Nice Lunch, Cool Bar, Average Service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 1, 2014

Found this little bar whilst walking around the city center. Bar looked cool from the outside so decided to have a drink. Was surprised to find they did food as well and as it was lunch time, we ordered something. Food was very nice and the range of drinks was excellent. Only criticism was that the staff were too busy doing other things and it took a while for us to get the cheque. Would have liked to go back for evening cocktails.

“Lord of the flies kids running (ruining) a bar”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2014

Poor experience due to young, pretentious and naive bar staff. I was bold enough to try and order drinks (it was busy) and was confronted by a little snot who made me feel like I was trying to buy a nuclear bomb. I did try to speak to the manager about his general attitude and behaviour, and her answer was a dismissive shrug of the shoulders. There are way too many decent bars in belfast to waste your time here (spaniard, whytes, duke of York etc).
They may look pretty but the bar staff are pathetic when it comes to customer care. With the correct training this could be a decent place.
