We went with group of friends.Rooms were very clean and the bathroom is also very clean and tidy. From my room window, I can see the whole city.Staff were very helpful and knowledgable, especially Stephanie was helpful. Manager helped in finding room for Saturday.The hotel staff booked the city tour for us. The food was brilliant and we had very good time in this hotel. Whenever I visit Belfast, I would love to stay in this hotel only.

10 minutes walk from city centre and Europa bus station. Basic hotel but clean. Couldn't fault it and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only down side was I found the bed slightly uncomfortable for me but the wife found it okay. Will stop again

This is ideal for the city center. Its at the back of Castle Court Shopping centre and is easy access from the westlink and cheap car parking nearby £7 for 24hrs. Nice and quiet too with tea/coffee making in room

This hotel is really good, very tidy and spacious. The staff are really helpful and food is really good. The hotel manager had helped us in finding accomodation during Saturday and also booked a Belfast tour for a day . Very good hotel hotel. I love to be visiting this hotel again.
