I have never felt compelled to write a review before, however I feel that I must do justice to Number 11 Townhouse and Christine on our recent trip to Belfast. Location is excellent albeit just out of the city centre it is well serviced by public transport and a good taxi service for those who wish to relax and absorb in some of Belfast's finest eateries/bars. The accommodation is superb…clean and very comfortable. Number 11 Townhouse offers 3 excellent sized bedrooms, a really comfortable living room and is very tastefully decorated throughout. Will I return to Number 11 Townhouse - most definitely!!

We arrived late in the evening but we found Christine Jolley smiling and awaiting our arrival.
We were made most welcome and found the house contained everything we would need for a comfortable stay.
I would say that the road is quite busy at the front of the house and the shutters don't block out the light so if you're a light sleeper this could be an issue.
The beds are firm.
The wireless router didn't work consistently but we passed that on and I'm sure Christine will have seen to that by now.
I would definitely stay here again as it was comfortable and convenient.

If you’re looking for a change from the usual hotel stay, number 11 is the perfect choice. It’s a hidden Gem. Christine the owner is such a lovely lady and pulls out all the stops to make you feel welcome.

The house itself is so comfortable and clean, especially the beds, one of our party wanted to take the bed home with her. It has everything you could possibly need for self catering accommodation.

It’s situated in a quiet residential area of Belfast so you’re not bothered by the noise of the city centre, bus stop more or less on the door step and taxi into the city costs around £7.

And as this is a residential area I probably wouldn’t recommend it to the younger age groups who like to rave and party.

Belfast as some of the nicest people I have ever met, so friendly.

If I ever visit Belfast again (and I hope I do) number 11 is the place I would be staying.

Northern Ireland is such a beautiful and untouched place to visit, and Number 11 Townhouse proved to be a wonderful home base for our explorations. There are great transport links to and from this house – both public transport as well as the M1, which meant that almost anything and everything was within reach! Marks and Spencer on Lisburn Road is also within walking distance (if only I’d seen the shopping trolley that Christine provided before I left!  ).

The accommodation itself is very clean and well presented. As there were only three of us, only the king size bed and one of the singles was made up. It’s great to walk into accommodation and feel as though things have been arranged and made especially for you. Having the master bedroom on the first floor and the doubles on the second floor gave everyone their own space. I think this would still be the case with a full compliment of six guests. The shower in the bathroom is AMAZING! Great water pressure and nice and hot! And so much space in the bathroom!

Living room is also spacious, I think we each took it in turns to fall asleep on the comfortable couches in front of the TV. Nice and warm and cosy.

If you’re visiting from outside of Ireland, I’d perhaps suggest hiring a car. The transport links are great, but a car makes it a little easier, and opens up the whole of Northern Ireland

Christine is lovely and we all felt very welcome, like old friends. As we didn’t have our own transport on the first day, Christine offered to get us some groceries, which really is going the extra mile.

I would definitely recommend Number 11 Townhouse to anyone looking to stay in Belfast and visit Northern Ireland.
