“A Great Time in Premier Inn Belfast City Cathedral Quarter”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2013

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was well located in the centre of Belfast and only a few minutes walk from City Hall, the main shopping centre and a lot of good restaurants.

The hotel had a very good atmosphere and the staff were helpful, friendly and entertaining. It was the fourth Premier Inn we had stayed at and the one that had the most families staying which they handled very well. The breakfasts as usual were excellent and the room and the bed very comfortable.

If we get back to Belfast would definitely stay there again.

Perfect central location for visiting belfast. Stayed with a toddler and infant, room was a good size for families, extra beds and a cot were provided. Only negative about the room facilities is that there was no bath only a shower which made things a little more difficult with small children. Breakfast perfect for young families and kids eat free, good selection of food which is fast for impatient hungry children. Would recommend staying here and will use this hotel again for short stays in belfast.

The Premier Inn is well located with clean and comfortable rooms, and the tariff was reasonable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is OK, as far as a hotel breakfast goes. There were no noise issues, even though the hotel is right in the middle of Belfast. The only downside was there was no fridge in our room (it was an unusually hot day in Belfast when we stayed).

My family and I have stayed here on 4 occasions now, never been disappointed!

The service is great, rooms are clean, completely adequate and I love the fact that Premier Inn doesn't discriminate against families - room rate for a family of 4 is extremely good value!

Breakfast is extra, but well worth it!

Would look no further when looking for somewhere to stay in Belfast.

We stayed here for 6 nights and found the staff friendly and the room very comfortable. The bed really was extremely comfortable and the room overall was good. Only downsides to the room were the outside noise at night from the nearby bars (our room faced on to Waring St), and the fact that we couldn't open the windows which would have been nice in the mornings. Oh and the cleaners need to be check under the rim of the washbasin where the worktop overhangs the basin as they seemed to be regularly missing that area and there was a line of black grime! Breakfast was excellent, hubby had the full English but I opted for the continental and found it to be more than adequate. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Belfast, and after a hard day's sightseeing it's good to come back and relax in the bar with a drink.

Having never stayed at a Premier Inn before I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and I liked the choice of pillows. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room but the tea did not taste great! Also, I wondered if their long life milk had actually gone off in the extreme heat we had this month. Then again, it may just have been my taste buds!

Friendly staff, exceptional service from receptionists, very good service throughout, good breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Only downside was that we could hear crowd noises in the night. May be the windows could have been improved to reduce the inbound noise.
