Stayed for a weekend with friends - we got three rooms next to each other; staff at all times were polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were up to the usual Premier Inn standard and were spotless. Restaurant and bar next door associated with the hotel are grand - nothing fancy but look well and again, service was very good. Located near the back of St Anne's Cathedral (now known as the 'Cathedral Quarter') with great traditional bars and good restaurants nearby. Overall, value for money with good staff and a great location.

Stayed for one nigh and really got value for money excellent, great customer service and the rooms were well up to standard, the beds were very comfy and all in all a very pleasant experience. Will defiantly be back.

The staff at this Premier Inn are exemplary, wanting to ensure that guests are made welcome and absolutely nothing is a trouble to them.
The location is brilliant, just steps from the heart of the city centre. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable and well maintained with additional pillows to choose from. I really couldn't fault anything and have already rebooked.
