“Very Efficiently Run Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2013

Stayed for the weekend as part of a tribute night dinner and entertainment. The leisure facilities were a great start to the stay on a wet Saturday afternoon. Rooms were fine, comfy beds. Our buffet style breakfast was good as was the evening dinner. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Stayed here on several occasions for a regular Doctor Who Convention held here in September every year and apart from being out in the sticks in terms of location from the train station, this is a perfect venue. Lovely spacious conference facilities and real warm approachable staff.

Rooms are bland but well furnished and immaculately cleaned. Restaurant has some good offers on but food service can take a while when busy - and I mean a while.

Overall - pretty good.

Spent a Friday night there after a Christmas party. Had an OK nights sleep. It's not the most handy hotel for Swansea town centre, but is nicely out of the way. Didn't make breakfast, so I cna't rate the food. But the bar was resonable. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Standard room adequate. Comfortable bed. Reasonable breakfast. Clean. Friendly staff. We had a reasonably good deal but there are better deals to had at other hotels in a Swansea if you shop around. Didn't use leisure facilities but understand these are fine, if you want them.

This was a lovely hotel, clean, modern, with excellent staff. Good value on drinks and food. Great choice in breakfast. Would definitely recommend this to everyone. We stayed in a standard double and was a little worried that we were missing out on the upper deck, but the rooms were more than comfortable, with huge beds in a lovely room.
