“Delicious food, well priced”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 26, 2013 via mobile

We had a take away from here on the last night of our visit and it was delicious. Well flavoured and a bit different but absolutely delicious. The staff were lovely. The restaurant itself seems a bit small so book ahead if you want a table.

“Gurkha in Brecon”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 23, 2013

This place was wonderful, with nice staff and great food. We had it explained that Nepalese are well represented in town because of military presence that has stayed. Definitely worth a visit. They did spicy well upon request.

“We should have been before”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2013

We only live down the road and it has taken us too long to find this jewel.
Trip Advisor rated it No 2 in Brecon so we paid it a visit. Tucked away and unprepossessing from the outside. The interior is cramped but intimate. Service was prompt. Wine list limited but adequate. Menu, Nepalese. is Indian in style but with significant differences. Food was more delicately spiced than traditional Indian cuisine and delicious. Well worth a visit.

“What a wonderfull place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2013

As this place had good reviews, 5 of us turned up - non booked - only to find it packed out, but the owner managed to move tables [and diners] around to fit us in. Such great service and welcome much appreciated and the food was terrific and modestly priced. Having only recently become familiar with Nepalese cuisine we were all delighted with the exciting and scrumptious food. A 'must' visit if your in the area and like the interesting fusion of Chinese and Indian [Bangladesh really] cooking styles and flavours.
