Myself and my partner stayed here for my birthday and it did not disappoint! He had planned the whole thing as a surprise so had put in a lot of research of where to stay and he so was relieved that the B&B lived upto expectations. We stayed in the suite, and it really is a lovely room, where it excels is that all the little things are thought of, from a great selection of tea and coffee making facilities, to the bath robes, torches and of course the breakfast in the room. We had dinner down the road at TyGwyn, which was exceptional. Can't really fault this place! Apart from the weather!

We stopped at the Tyn-y-Fron B&B on Saturday night. The owners were absolutely lovely, the location is wonderful, the quality of the establishment is top notch and the food was great. We stopped in the smallest room but it was still spacious with on suite toilet and shower with tea, fruit tea and coffee making facilities even the little biscuits were quality ones. The area itself is very picturesque and we would certainly advise others to try it out. Brilliant

This was our first visit to Bews-y-coed, and we chose Tyn - y - fron on a whim, as most places were filling up fast (we went in half term). I am so glad I "lucked out" in choosing it. Mike could not have been a more attentive host (and a brilliant breakfast cook!). We were in room two, the smallest of the rooms, but in no way does that make it small. It was perfect for the two of us.
There wasn't a peep to be heard from anywhere making it a very peaceful nights sleep.
What we enjoyed the most was the small details that the owners had provided - electric blanket, umbrellas, maps and torches, and remembering what you liked at breakfast (mike remembered we had red and brown sauce on our first day, and moved them to the table for the subsequent days). Mike provided us tips of where to go and what to see if we were stuck, and had amusing stories of the local characters. He even had nice things to say about the England rugby team!

This was the second time we have stayed with Mike and Leslie and once again it was a faultless stay. We had a very warm welcome on arrival and throughout the stay neither Mike, Leslie or any of the other staff could not do enough to help.
We stayed in the same room again (number 4), mountain sunset suite and once again found it warm, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The room has everything you need - massive bed, loads of storage, comfy recliner seats. You will not need the telly - just look out of the window, it is an amazing view.
The breakfast was once again, freshly cooked and with the steaming hot pot of coffee (or tea if you prefer) it prepares you for a day out in the elements. The B&B has a fantastic location, it is literally a 7 minute walk out of Betws-y-Coed across the suspension bridge.
Cannot thank Mike and Leslie enough for another wonderful stay - we will be back again in the near future.

After staying for 3 nights in room 2 what more could we ask for! We were made to feel so welcome, Mike offered to help us with our bags from the car and made sure that we had everything we needed. On the first night we had an evening meal which was lovely and very filling probally the best meal of the weekend. The bed was so comfy and cosy the duvets were crispy and "snugglyful" with the bed allowing you to sink into it. We slept fantistically on all 3 nights, which where followed by a very well cooked and tasety full welsh breakfast which filled us for the day. Both hosts Lesley and Mike were friendly and welcoming, Lesley offered fantastic advice about what to do during the day, as we were a bit unsure due to one of us being on crutches, Lesley recommened a lovely drive through snowdonia stopping at places such as swallow falls and recommened us a cafe on snowdon with a log fire and fantastic views. Mike and Lesley were always around to help and offer advice but never in your face they couldn't do enough for us such as filling the flask for the day out and restocking the extras in the bedroom. We can't forget the help they had as well who was also very helpful and also couldn't do enough for us. We will most definatley be returning.

Room Tip: Room 2 is at the rear of the property and is a good size for the smallest room, pleanty of room for...

Once again, Mike and Lesley made us feel so welcome, this was a 3rd visit to Tyn-y-Fron,
We stayed in Mountain Valley room this time, absolutely beautiful. Leather recliner armchairs and breakdfast in our room. Stunning views. Evening meal when we arrived was gorgeous.
Thank you so much again Mike and Lesley. Will be returning again later in the year.

Room Tip: Room 5 is beautiful
