“Excellent facilities, great fun and really helpful staff make for a great day out”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2014

A great day out was had by all, we had to overcome some of our inner fears to do the powerfan and the skyride but it was well worth it for the adrenalin rush and the sense of achievement.
The instructors were great (especially Brad) they were very encouraging and patient and we did not feel rushed at all, definitely recommended for a different day out.

“Saved the day”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2014 via mobile

We visited the Tree tops adventure snowdonia after heavy overnight rain had cancelled canyoneering with another company.. Recommended by them we just turned up and we had the place to ourselves. The owner was welcoming and friendly if a little over confident about the ability of the Welsh rugby time! We done all 3 of the activities on offer and had good afternoon in the sun.

Thanks for rescuing the stag weekend guys

Cheers Luke and the rest of us

“Adrenaline pumped up action adventure with excitement included.”

Experienced one of the best days since climbing the Sydney bridge today, instructors were fantastic, patient, encouraging and experienced with a smile on there face. Enjoyed overcoming the obstacles whilst finding my inner strength and trusting the equipment. Taking the kids next time definitely.

Hi Sarah B

I think your comment says it all for the SkyRide, it has to be ridden to be believed. Words do not and cannot describe the feeling on that beast.

Thanks for your comment.

Regards
Jason

“Great family experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2014

We visited as a family on the 20th Feb with mixed expectations. Our group consisted of two six year olds, one eight year old, four parents (including one with a fear of heights and another with a fear of exercise) and a sixty five year old child named granddad.
The weather was cold, wet and windy but we'd paid what did initially feel like a lot of money for a couple of hours on a big climbing frame so we decided we should try and make the most of it.
We are so glad we did!
The experience was very well organised from the moment we arrived to fill in the paperwork (5 mins) to the safety briefings, both while we were shown how to put on and secure our harnesses and at the beginning of the course, which gave us all a sense of confidence.
Our party split up with the two youngest children going on the junior course with a parent each and our eight year old going up onto the "high" course with the other two adults.
Granddad was saving himself for the Powerfan and the Sky Ride...
The high course was excellent. Great fun and just challenging enough for a relatively fit adult (completed Marin trail the day before in 2hr 30) and an adventurous eight year old boy. The instruction and guidance on the course was great, never intrusive but there when required.
Our six year old's who are both very confident and active absolutely loved the junior course (as did their mums) and again it seems that the guidance and instruction from the young lady leading the group was very good indeed.
Granddad, a veteran of several parachute jumps, found the climb to the top of the Powerfan good exercise and equally enjoyed the descent. He said it was worth every penny (not something he ever says lightly) and he would do it again given the chance.
Finally, the Sky Ride...
Grandad, two adults and all of the kids did this and were still smiling about it the day after. I had the pleasure of taking some photographs of them while they were all on it and all I can say is the look on their faces is priceless! Everyone loved this ride which is quite a result considering the mix of ages and experience of rides such as this.

All in all, a fantastic tie had by all despite the weather and we would highly recommend this experience. Thanks to everyone at Tree Top Adventure for making it such a good morning.

Hi All

Many thanks for taking the time to write your review, I have passed on your compliments to the instructors (Jake and Tara) and they now get an extra hour out of their cages daily for good behaviour :) and possibly clean water.

I do remember "Grandad Lally" ( i'm sure that was the surname?) and his face of shock and awe after the swing.

If you want to send us a picture of you all on that day that would be great and/or tag them to our facebook page. I am going to create a board of customer pictures.

regards
Jason
