David made us feel at home straight away and was very welcoming. Rooms clean, bed cosy and massive plus powerful shower. Fiancé who is ex head chef loved the cooked breakfasts and them every morning... A big compliment from a highly critical chef. 5 mins walk from town centre but that is a positive as you get to take in the wonderful surroundings. Would 100% come here again!

A great B&B in a beautiful part of Wales. The owners were very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean, comfy bed with memory foam mattress, delicious cooked breakfast every morning and just a short walk from the village restaurants, shops etc, a great price and couldn't have wished for a better stay.

Just like all of the other reviews...this place is great. The owners are friendly, the rooms are clean and nice, the breakfast is good. The location is enough out of town to be quiet but not to far to walk. Its across from the river. What more could you want?! :)

Very welcoming couple who runs the b and b. Clean, tidy room and dining area. Ensured we were looked after and even prepared veggie alternative to the cooked breakfast.
Close to bus stop for sherpa bus to Snowdon walks or only 20 mins drive to it too.
Near to shops and bars- 5 min walk into town.

We booked two double rooms for a 3 day break, a great wecome from David on arrival. we have stayed in 3 other b&b in betws-y-coed in past years and Bob Gwynedd is the top of the list. The rooms are so bright and clean, lovely hot showers. Large joice of breakfast and plenty of it. When we revisit this area this will be our first port of call

Just had a weekend walking in the area and stayed 3 nights, from start to finish Dave and Marie couldn't do enough, Even dried our wet weather gear over the Aga. the bedrooms are great, We were lucky enough to have the 4 poster, (top of the stairs on the right) and the breakfast was fantastic, they gave us great advice on where to eat, walk, drink, cannot say a negative thing about this place, the walk into the town is as it says 5 minutes, and the chippy is good as well

We stayed here during a beautiful weekend in April, and it was a well-needed and enjoyable trip. David and MaryAnn were great hosts, giving us lots of good info about where to eat in town and how to get to Mt. Snowdon. The room was very cozy and romantic, and we had plenty of room for ourselves and our baby daughter. Breakfast was delicious, as well as the packed lunches for our Mt. Snowdon hike and for our day in Conwy. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing trip in a beautiful area of Wales. We can't wait to come back!
