“Spotless but welcome a bit clinical”

We stayed one night at Monravon on our way to a short break in Ireland. The premises are spotlessly clean and facilities good. The welcome was more clinical than warm; the continental breakfast was to a good standard, off street parking was limited. We would consider staying again, but only on a one night basis.

Stayed here just before Xmas prior to catching the fastcat to Dublin the following day.
Very clean and freshly refurbished, our room was comfortable and very pleasant. The Hotel is easy to find and perfect for anyone catching ferries as its only 2 minutes from the port.
The owner was friendly and gave us a recommendation for a pub on the sea front where we had a very good value bar meal.
To sum up - excellent value and very pleasant.

The room was clean and comfortable, en suite facilities. Very convenient for the ferries over to Ireland and the train station. Owners are very helpful. As a non-smoker, I found this aspect of the accommodation very appealing - no smelly smoky rooms.
I can recommend this accommodation and will certainly use it again.

“Non-smoking, very clean, comfortable, and lovely!”

Excellent hotel! It's completely non-smoking, so it was especially clean and fresh (no stinky rooms or cigarette butts littering up the place). It was easily within walking distance of the train station, so we didn't have to worry about taxis or transportation. The price was very comparable to others, and we had no problems with anything. We'd gladly stay there again.

“Monravon=relaxing, friendly”

Enjoyed stay at Monravon. Clean, neat, comfortable. Friendly, accommodating owner/staff Only drawback is that it is non-smoking facility if you are a smoker. Relaxing surroundings and helpful staff make up for this. Would recommend this facility.
