“Fantastic Customer Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Myself and my partner stayed here 19/12/14 - room was clean and great value for money. The staff ( one girl in particular) was friendly, bubbly and went out of her way to book me a taxi for the morning ringing several different companies. She is a credit to Travelodge and I would recommend here to friends and family.

Situated in VIctoria dock ,just outside the walled town , clean and fresh smelling on arrival, staff friendly and helpful , rooms the same , comfy bed nice fluffy pillows , plenty of them and best of all I can take my dog for £20 , make sure you park in Victoria docks car park or you could miss the entrance as I did as its behind the Premier Inn

This Travelodge is quite new and the building was not originally designed as an hotel, with the result that it has very spacious rooms which are not the usual configuration - a welcome change. It is very well situated by the new Victoria Dock development and right next to the city walls. Clean and excellent value.

This modern refurbished hotel is centrally located in the town near the sea. The rooms were very large and well appointed. We booked 3 rooms and the staff were very helpful in getting the rooms adjacent.
There is a free council car park adjacent to the hotel.
For a cheap room it is hard to do better.

A lovely clean and refurbished travel lodge.
Ideal location for the town and Castle.
A more than adequate Family Room (Actually to big and slightly bare) for two adults and two children.
Free parking a little bit of a trek but great views across the Menai Straits.
Becca on reception was brilliant.
Will defo use again when next that way.

Very smart, modern, quiet, comfortable hotel. Next to the marina in a docklands type setting, lovely area to wander around in the evening. Less than five minutes walk to the castle area. The only down-side is that there is no dedicated car park, nearest car park is a few minutes walk away, pay & display. I have to walk back to the car in the evening to renew the ticket as there hasn't to date been a long-stay option (although it says it's a "long stay" car park!?). But it's no major problem. There is some disabled parking nearer the hotel. There is free parking at the back of Morrisons, just a bit further away from the pay & display but it looks a bit isolated to me. There are some nice modern restaurants and a café bar in the docklands area or more traditional pubs & restaurants in town just a few minutes walk away.

As travelodges go this one is quite good, its fairly new so not tired and scruffy like some.

The location its less than a 5 minute walk to the castle and town centre but its far enough away not to be noisy. For breakfast there is a morrisons over the road or a wetherspoons just by the castle wall.

I also found the staff very helpful and friendly

Only downside is the lack of close by parking.
