We came here on the May 4th after a trip to Dublin. We hadn't eaten all day so we decided to meet up with friends from the surrounding area and go here for some dinner. Big mistake. We came in and were not welcomed. We waited by the please wait hee to be seated sign for 10-15 minutes and no one came. Waitresses walked past, but no one stopped. So we decided to try and find our own table. When we did we were confronted by a rude waitress (if she qualifies for that title) who said 'um can you wait over there, you know, where is has the please wait here to be seated sign? thanks.' She said this in a very sarcastic manner and quite frankly I was both infuriated and disgusted. We were put on a waiting list, and got a table eventually 20 minutes later. We ordered drinks and these came after a long wait of 20 minutes..20 minutes for 2 flat cokes, 1 flat black and soda, and a yazoo milkshake. We ordered our food first out of the 4 tables in our section and all 3 of the other tables got their food before us. When the food came it was vile. I ordered the chicken and bacon which looked like a starved chicken and a shrivelled piece of bacon with a few undercooked chips and a bowl of salad. I wouldn't have minded the bog standard quality if it was 2-4-1 or around £6.95...but it was £10-£12 which is far too expensive for a mainstream chain anyway, especially if the food is like that. We had a child with us who ordered from the childrens menu a pizza with pineapple and mushrooms. When this came it did not have pineapple, and honestly even a dog would have shunned it at the sight of it. However we were so past complaining that we just left it. We finished our meals and had to wait half an hour for them to be cleared since the waitresses were too busy getting paid to mess around at their stations, pulling eachothers hair and being rowdy children who really should be sacked. Noone in that establishment that evening were professional, except for a bartender, the young man with dark hair, tattoos and a beard. He was the only one who actually deserved his job. One of our waitresses with long dark hair and very pretty was also pleasant however she was influenced by the others that she works with and it's a shame because she seemed a good worker. The managers need to seriously re-evaluate their staff rotas and perhaps think of recruiting some more attentive staff who actually want to work.
