“Re-think your visit..”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2014

We came here on the May 4th after a trip to Dublin. We hadn't eaten all day so we decided to meet up with friends from the surrounding area and go here for some dinner. Big mistake. We came in and were not welcomed. We waited by the please wait hee to be seated sign for 10-15 minutes and no one came. Waitresses walked past, but no one stopped. So we decided to try and find our own table. When we did we were confronted by a rude waitress (if she qualifies for that title) who said 'um can you wait over there, you know, where is has the please wait here to be seated sign? thanks.' She said this in a very sarcastic manner and quite frankly I was both infuriated and disgusted. We were put on a waiting list, and got a table eventually 20 minutes later. We ordered drinks and these came after a long wait of 20 minutes..20 minutes for 2 flat cokes, 1 flat black and soda, and a yazoo milkshake. We ordered our food first out of the 4 tables in our section and all 3 of the other tables got their food before us. When the food came it was vile. I ordered the chicken and bacon which looked like a starved chicken and a shrivelled piece of bacon with a few undercooked chips and a bowl of salad. I wouldn't have minded the bog standard quality if it was 2-4-1 or around £6.95...but it was £10-£12 which is far too expensive for a mainstream chain anyway, especially if the food is like that. We had a child with us who ordered from the childrens menu a pizza with pineapple and mushrooms. When this came it did not have pineapple, and honestly even a dog would have shunned it at the sight of it. However we were so past complaining that we just left it. We finished our meals and had to wait half an hour for them to be cleared since the waitresses were too busy getting paid to mess around at their stations, pulling eachothers hair and being rowdy children who really should be sacked. Noone in that establishment that evening were professional, except for a bartender, the young man with dark hair, tattoos and a beard. He was the only one who actually deserved his job. One of our waitresses with long dark hair and very pretty was also pleasant however she was influenced by the others that she works with and it's a shame because she seemed a good worker. The managers need to seriously re-evaluate their staff rotas and perhaps think of recruiting some more attentive staff who actually want to work.

“teenage staff serving microwaved meals”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2014

Thought we would try it, It was terrible, menus dirty, tables dirty the staff in thier black, food stained uniforms dirty also didn't have any knowledge of the alcohol. I paid £3.69 for a bottle of bud!!! What? My steak and ale pie was nuclear hot, the pastry disintegrated, the meat was extremely fatty and bargain basement quality, no ale flavour AT ALL. Chips few and dry. my bill was £23, I can go to most places for that and in future we will. Horrendous, can't wait till they go under and a decent restaurant can take their place. 0 for effort. 0 for quality. 0 for taste.

“Good cheap food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2014

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food for the price. Kids eat free before 6pm with a full paying adult. The staff were brilliant and very helpful even though the restaurant was full and they were extremely busy. I will definitely be taking the kids back for food.

“Great for Kids”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2014

Had a family meal at TableTable over the Easter weekend. It is a great place to eat with children and they have a good childrens menu. Having said that, the adults who had steak felt it was very good as were the ribs and Thai dish. Service was good and staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was extremely busy, but there were no delays or problems with food or service. However, there could be a wider choice of gluten free meals.

“Absolutely fantastic!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2014

The welcome was great. Having walked up Snowdon earlier in the day, the staff we very welcoming and interested in how our day had been. We waited 5 mins for a table, so we ordered drinks at the bar. Bar staff very friendly too. We were taken to our table and our waitress soon took our order. Food was served very quickly and efficiently. The food itself was delicious. Hot and tasty. When we'd finished mains we ordered desserts and they soon arrived and demolished quickly. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you to all who made our visit great :)
