“It's Wetherspoon's”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2013

It's a Wetherspoon's, you get what you expect, quick, relatively cheap food.
However, their lack of vegetarian choice is frustrating, especially when they run out of the single vegetarian special!

“Good value food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2013

We only went to Wetherspoon's because the restaurant I fancied was closed. Not the place for a romantic casual dining experience as it's very busy mostly but great for a group of family or friends. Menu is extensive with something for everyone. Service is prompt with very tasty dishes. I felt overdressed as it was early Saturday evening (pouring with rain) so lots of anoraked walkers dripping everywhere and early hen parties. Only just found a table which we had to wait to be cleared. Not comfortable to relax in after dining so off to a lounge bar elsewhere.

“My visit to Wetherspoons, Aberystwyth.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2013

Overall the food is very nice and served very quickly by pleasant staff. However, i find it's main downfall is having to queue to get drinks as, far as i know, it is the only Wetherspoons that this happens in! Apart from that it is very well situated close to bus and train stations.

“coffee”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2013

stopped off here for coffee on the way to the ferry to ireland

and the staff actually spoke to us!!

unusual for a wetherspoons

but really welcoming

you are usually just a number

but thanks to the manager who engaged us in conversation as he was clearing tales

but don't eat outside in the station area as it is full of pigeons
