“clean & comfy”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

Stayed for one night whilst on a course last week. Receptionist pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean, bed comfy. Doors a bit loud as they were heavy. Just off the motorway but hard to find on the sat nav. Beef-eater restaurant next door which serve a lovely breakfast and had a nice meal there in the evening

A great location for Worcester and the M5. Sizeable clean room, helpful receptionist. Pretty decent Beefeater right outside the door.
Minor gripes...can be a tad noisy on Saturday night's due to late revellers checking in, however it did not disturb our sleep. Would stay again. Very new looking.

Stayed here with our 5 year old for a half - term break. Price very good - £29 per night and lots of free parking. Room was very clean in a quiet location, staff very friendly and the food was good in the Three Pears restaurant. Two little niggles LED lighting in the room and lack of variety of TV channels as couldn't access CBeebies. However for the price we paid it seems a bit ridiculous to mention them. This hotel is an ideal location for the Sixways Stadium for the rugby (only a 15 minute walk away) and if you get it for a reasonable price you are onto a winner. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was easy to find and parking not a problem. You can get a permit at reception so don't try and pay. Staff at check in were friendly. Would say this is one of the older Premier Inn's compared to the ones that I have stayed in - bathroom looked a bit dated and heating not amazing but everying else worked fine. Due to location, found it a bit noisy but not enough to stop me sleeping.
Breakfast at the attached pub was good, slow in coming out after I had ordered but plentiful portions and very helpful staff.

Basically clean but run down. Flaking window frames with an arctic gale all night. The heating thermostat persistently readjusted itself to a16C which made for a very chilly night with sub-zero temperatures outside. Breakfast at The Three Pears opposite (Beefeater) was good and the staff there were lovely. Not what you excpect for a hotel charging those prices

The Hotel is situated just off the motor way and has plenty of parking the staff are very helpful and friendly and the hotel has very comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. You need to book early on line to get the best prices I was lucky and got a room for £29 per night. This Hotel can be highly recommended.
The restaurant which is used by the guests does not match up to the hotel. The Menu is a standard Beefeater one but that is where the similarity to other Beefeater Restaurants ends. the evening meal was of poor quality and the breakfast was very slow on service having to order your cooked breakfast, instead of the usual collect from the hot counter. The food was palatable but with the mushrooms appearing to have been taken from a tin and put on the plate this did nothing to improve the overall appearance of the meal which at £8.75 left a lot to be desired. I would rate this restaurant one of the worst I have eaten in and one which lets the group down.

Room Tip: Book early on line as this is a very popular hotel
