Have stayed at this hotel several times, either alone or with my husband. The rooms are clean and comfortable although the sofa beds that are in the family rooms need a bit of TLC but we have never had to use them. There are no toiletries but that's OK, it keeps the costs down. Have not used the bar area or restaurant so can't comment. A word of warning - there have been certain times at the weekend we have stayed and it has been 'stag/hen' central and on one occasion there was a very loud hen party staying at the same time a stag party was also staying. Walking out of our room into the corridor was like being in the perfume department of a store and someone had tried all the testers. Several rooms were being occupied for this event and there was a lot of going back and forth from one room to the next, it was a bit much and later on upon arriving back from dinner out there were very loud, how can I put this delicately, moaning sounds coming from one room - they were not playing scrabble in there if you know what I mean! I stifled a giggle walking past but some people might have been offended, the occupant would have been a lot more embarrassed than me had they been a little bit more aware of their volume. Anyway, the staff at this hotel have been friendly, check in is easy, the beds are very comfortable and for me the location of the hotel is one of the reasons I will continue to consider it when I stay in Worcester, although next time I might just bring my earplugs!
