Description: The Prince Albert restaurant in Londons Camden is a classic English boozer thats been transformed into a hip pub and restaurant without losing its air of relaxed comfort. The glazed olive tiles on the outside are still there and the al fresco tables in the beer garden, while inside, the floors are scrubbed wood, no two of the vintage chairs are a pair, the wooden tables dont mind if you lean on them and the ambience is chilled as can be. The Prince Albert is always full of models, media types and local devotees who love the traditional British menu and the friendly vibe. The Prince Alberts menus are there on the blackboard so they can change frequently to reflect the market and the seasons. Signature dishes include beef tomato and Brixham crab with guacamole, basil and herb oil; and Elwy Valley lamb roasted with rosemary, shallots, garlic and tomatoes.

“Visit to Windsor for Daughter's Wedding”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012

After looking at Tripadvisor, we decided to go to the Prince Albert with family and friends the Thursday evening before our daughter's wedding. The food was freshly cooked, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The landlady and staff were friendly and very welcoming.
We were so happy with our evening; we went again on the Saturday and were equally impressed.

“Great value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2012 via mobile

We visit this pub regularly as it is walking distance from our home. Food is excellent and good value for money. Good friendly atmosphere popular with locals and visitors to the area as it has accommodation. Serves local beers too. Well worth a visit.

“Well worth a visit, the food is the best in the Windsor area for the price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2012 via mobile

I have had several Sunday lunches in the pub and each time the food is excellent. The portion size for the reasonable of £9.95 is great too. You won't need breakfast in the moring. Though the lack of a good draft cider is disappointing.

“Excellent food and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2012

A table had been reserved for us in the window of the bar as the restaurant was full (on a Wednesday evening). The service from all staff was excellent - friendly and helpful but not oppressive. I ordered a rack and a half of baby back ribs which was really enough for two people but was delicious. The other three with me all enjoyed their menu choices so I guess it's all good.

“Good food and good service. What more do you need?!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2012 via mobile

We eat at The Prince Albert quite regularly as it is our local pub. The food is always good with generous portions and the staff are pleasant and attentive. We know we are assured of a tasty meal here when we can't be bothered to cook for ourselves!
