“Great food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2013 via mobile

Squid starter is to die for - delicious!!!
Potted prawns starter - also very good.
Bread and roast garlic bulb - I need the recipe!! Fillet steak and duck for mains - superb!!! Wine was quite expensive - the only let down. Everything else makes this place well worth another visit and would totally recommend.

“A great restaurant, marred by horrid WCs”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2013

We've been many times. We love: the up-beat atmosphere; the delicious and interesting food; the cheerful, friendly staff; the quirky, different dining areas; the fun extras like the pink macaroons. BUT please, please, please, Bell & the Dragon, can you clean up your act on the loos. They are smelly and horrible, and just generally yuck. It really mars and sullies the experience. You known you can fix it !

“A Warm Welcome on a Rainy Night in Windsor”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2013

Very close to Riverside Train Station, this place was a convenient location for a rendezvous with friends who were passing through Heathrow and spending one night at an airport hotel. The taxi ride from the airport was quick and the change in atmosphere from the modernistic bustle of the airport was palpable. The place feels warm and friendly as you come in out of the rain. The menu offers a mix of some innovative things and recrafted.classics. Highlights of the meal at our table included an excellent salad, a good roast chicken, and a classic Eton Mess (admittedly out of season) that somehow made a perfect dessert.

“Royal Banquet”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2013

We were treated to a lovely meal here by one of our suppliers, we received a warm welcome and all 12 of us seated very quickly. I had the pumpkin soup for starter, the suckling pig for main and lemon tart with clotted cream for dessert....it was a nice touch the kitchen team bringing the food to the table.

The pork was fantastic, the flavours were divine and I will definitely be returning....also a nice touch offering you a piece of chocolate brownie yummy
