The family booked this event for Mum's 90th. It was to be a surprise and it really turned out that way. We had a private room set out for 18 people, the service was good and friendly, food delivery on the slow side and I would say that the food is a little overpriced for what it was. As a whole however the afternoon proved a great success. The location is fantastic, unfortunately the weather was not kind to us and we were not able to utilise the outdoor facilities or photoshots. This is probably a blessing in disguise as I imagine the place would be mobbed on a sunny day with a corresponding increase in late night noise. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. A place for short breaks rather than long stays
