Having given this restaurant a review following our visit 4 months ago my wife and i felt it was time to return, we are so pleased we did.
We were welcomed on arrival by the charming and professional manager Ricardo, we were greeted as returning friends, then assistand manager Danny came over saying how pleased he was to see us once again; you never get a second chance to make a first impression so we were well impressed to start.
We went for a drink at the bar, we both choose a nice glass of sauvignon and merlot.
After pre-dinner drinks we went to our table and for starters I had Crab in pasta on a bed of spinach and my wife had goats cheese, both dishes were amazing. They also served us some home made bread which nicely assisted me with the sauce.
For main course I had the Fillet steak with onions and mushrooms and my wife had sea bass, again both dishes were cooked to perfection and so enjoyed. For dessert we shared a mixed trio of homemade desserts which were simply amazing.
My wife and I have to say that this restaurant is as close as you get to a Michelin star one and without question it will be accredited with a rosette or Michelin star soon, a completely fantastic experience.
At the end of our meal the owner and Head Chef Danni came out to see us and ask our opinion on the food, we had no negatives at all and simply said that we are looking forward already to our next visit.
Finally we must say a big thank you to Ricardo and Danny for the great service and recommendations, we will return!
