After having a very bad time at pizza Hut Poole. I complained to Pizza Hut and recived £25 of vouchers to use on a meal. I will not go back to Poole so we tried Salisbury.
unfortunatly this was a mistake of the highest order. We booked a table for 2pm on line on the return email it states if you re over 15 mins late we will give your table away.
Today we arrived at 2pm and the place was busy we were told that our table would be ready shortly. This shortly was 15 minutes later. We where then not served for another 20 minutes where they took our drink and food order. Drinks and salad bowl's arrived 10 minutes later. So we did not actualy start eating until 2.45 pm this is not acceptable by any standard.
The food. The salad bar had not be restocked since the busy lunch period so was looking empty and a bit sad. The other food was good and arrived promptly at about 2.55 pm however both the starter and piza came together which is a pain on a small table.
I had to find somebody to get me a refill as nobody came to our table at all. Once we where finished we did want desert but had run out of time due to the very weak service. Again we had to find somebody to get the bill when it came it was wring we then sat for a good 10 minutes with nobody coming to take the bill so i took the kids once they realised we where packing up to leave they did come and sort the bill.
So all in all its been a very poor day.
The toilets are also a bit scabby did not seem to clean and could do with a bit of a face lift.
