We went as a family to visit this museum as we found it held my Grandfathers boxing belt. He was in the 4th Wiltshire Regiment and was the first person to win it so myself and my brother took my dad and our families to see it. When we got there we told the people why we had come. They couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did they show us where it was but they took it out of the cabinet and let us hold it and take photo's. I can't tell you how much this meant to us, it was a very special day.
Also walked through the lovely gardens.
The rest of the museum was great, loads of interesting information and items to look at. We all had a really memorable day and will be bringing Australian family to see when they are over next year.
Well worth a visit and fantastic, friendly and helpful staff.
